Built by People Who
Know Your World

Most manufacturers we speak to are not struggling with their craft. They are struggling to be found by the buyers who need them.

Flint Leads was built to close that gap. By two people who spent their careers inside the industries they now serve.

We Sat on the
Buyer Side of the Table.

Sajid delivered structural steel and project engineering work on Riyadh Metro Lines 01, 03, 04 and 06. Arjun built data systems at Amazon, Accenture, and Ramboll. We sat on the procurement and project-engineering side of major industrial contracts.

A factory with stronger tolerances often loses an RFQ to a competitor with worse engineering and louder marketing. We know this pattern from inside it. We shortlisted suppliers ourselves. We Googled them. We read their LinkedIn pages. We compared their websites. The supplier with the clearer digital presence got our shortlist call, regardless of who had the better shop floor.

We built Flint Leads because nobody was running marketing the way procurement actually buys. Most industrial agencies sound like they sell SaaS. Most generalist agencies do not understand how AS9100 audits work, why a 6-month evaluation cycle is normal, or what an RFQ with drawings attached actually looks like.

We are new as a marketing firm. We are not new to your buyers' world. The work is the same on both sides of the table, just viewed from a different angle.

Before we billed anyone, we built three diagnostic tools. The Pipeline Gap calculator, the Marketing Scorecard, and the Free Audit. All free, all public, no email gate. They are how we think and how we work. They are also how you can evaluate us before we ever talk.

Built data systems at Amazon, Accenture, and Ramboll. At Amazon, he built BI dashboards for selection and operations teams. At Accenture, he automated SLA reporting and built governance dashboards for delivery managers. At Ramboll, the global engineering consultancy, he ran client portfolio analytics for industrial accounts and reviewed performance on marketing campaigns for Power-to-X and Thought Leadership programmes.

Arjun started Flint Leads because the manufacturers he watched at Ramboll, the suppliers Amazon procurement teams shortlisted, and the engineering firms Accenture audited, all shared one gap. Their digital surface did not match the rigour of their work.

Worked across Arvico Marine Industries in Mumbai and Sanglee Stainless Steel in Riyadh. At Arvico, he was a design engineer on naval components for Indian Navy projects. CAD modeling, NDT inspections on welded joints, compliance with Naval Construction Department standards. At Sanglee, he started as an estimation engineer, helping secure $12 million in new contracts. Then moved into project engineering, delivering structural steel and architectural fit-out work for Riyadh Metro Lines 01, 03, 04 and 06. Emergency stairs, handrails, walkways, cladding systems.

Sajid started Flint Leads because on the procurement and project-engineering side of multi-million dollar industrial contracts, he saw the same pattern repeatedly. The supplier with the strongest engineering rarely won the shortlist call. The supplier with the clearer digital surface did. The shortlist was decided before the engineering review.
