Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

This page covers two things. First, the terms that apply when you use this website. Second, the structure of a paid engagement with Flint Leads, so you know exactly how we work before any conversation about scope or pricing. The actual engagement is documented in a Statement of Work signed by both parties; this page is the spirit of how we run that engagement.

How a Flint Leads Engagement Works

Plain-English structure of a paid engagement below. The full 15-section detailed engagement terms, covering liability, confidentiality, force majeure, governing law, and more, live at flintleads.com/engagement-terms. The actual contract uses formal language; the substance is the same.

Engagement structure

Every engagement begins with a 90-day initial scope. The scope is documented in a Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties before work begins. After the initial 90 days, engagements continue on a month-to-month basis. There is no annual lock-in.

What we commit to. Marketing outcomes

In week one of every engagement, we agree on specific marketing outcomes documented in the SOW. These typically include qualified RFQs delivered to your inbox, ranking for named keywords, meeting requests from defined buyer titles, capability deck downloads, and concrete deliverables such as website builds, content publications, and outreach sequences. The SOW defines what counts as "qualified" for your business and the dates by which each outcome is due.

What we do not commit to. Sales outcomes

We do not commit to outcomes outside our control. These include win rate against your competitors, close rate from RFQ to purchase order, average deal size, customer retention, or how quickly you respond to leads we generate. Whether an enquiry becomes a paying customer depends on your pricing, your response times, your shop floor capacity, your sales team, and the buyer's final procurement decision. We deliver the front of the funnel. You close it.

Rework guarantee

If we miss the marketing outcomes documented in the SOW by the agreed dates, we will continue working at no additional cost until those outcomes are delivered. We do not bill for additional months that result from our delay. The clock stops when the agreed result lands, not when the calendar runs out. This guarantee applies only to the specific marketing outcomes named in the SOW, and only when your reciprocal obligations (below) have been met.

Your reciprocal obligations

For our work to produce results, we need your cooperation. The SOW will document specific reciprocal obligations for your team, which typically include: responding to enquiries we generate within an agreed number of business days, providing technical or product information we request within an agreed timeline, providing capability evidence (drawings, certifications, photographs, references) when needed for content, attending agreed weekly or fortnightly check-ins, and providing reasonable approval cycles for deliverables. If these obligations are not met, the rework guarantee does not apply for the affected period, because the cause of the delay is outside our control.

Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential. We do not name clients in case studies, marketing materials, or third-party conversations without written permission. The same applies in reverse: we expect clients to keep our methodologies, internal processes, and proprietary frameworks confidential. Specific NDA terms are documented in the engagement agreement.

Pricing and invoicing

Engagement fees are quoted specifically in the SOW for each client. We do not publish a standard price list because every engagement is scoped individually. The number we share with you on the first call is the number on the contract. We do not charge undisclosed fees, automatic price increases, or success-fee bonuses outside what is documented in the SOW.

Termination

After the initial 90 days, either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Work in progress at the point of notice will be completed and invoiced according to the SOW. Both parties retain the deliverables produced during the engagement. We do not require non-compete clauses, exclusivity beyond the engagement, or any obligation that limits your right to work with other agencies after the engagement ends.

Governing law for engagements

Engagement agreements are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from a specific engagement are subject to the jurisdiction agreed in the SOW. The default jurisdiction is Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless the SOW specifies otherwise.
