Questions Exhibitors
Usually Ask About MF India 2026

I'm exhibiting for the first time at MF India. Is Show Sprint enough?
Yes. Show Sprint is designed for first-time exhibitors. You get the digital outreach layer (LinkedIn + email to attendees), lead capture infrastructure during the show, and post-show nurture. Move up to Show Maximum only if you need extended outreach (6 vs 4 weeks), paid LinkedIn, a bespoke landing page, and a competitive landscape brief.
How reliable is the 20,000-visitor projection?
It's an organiser estimate. MF India 2026 is the 1st edition, so there's no prior actual to compare against. First-edition industrial shows typically land at 60-80% of organiser projections. Realistic working range: 12,000-18,000 visitors. Either way, our outreach campaign isn't dependent on footfall. We pre-book meetings with named accounts. The show itself becomes the meeting venue, not the lead source.
How many attendees will actually be relevant buyers for a sheet metal supplier?
At a focused show like MF India (vs diluted multi-vertical shows), ~14-20% of attendees are decision-influencers from auto OEMs, Tier 1s, or industrial procurement teams. Even at the conservative end of the projection (12,000), that's ~1,700-2,400 addressable buyers. We target the top 250-400 by role and company fit.
It's a new show. How do I know the turnout will be there?
You don't, fully. First editions are higher risk than established shows. But MF India is backed by AIEMA Technology Centre (the team behind ACMEE, Chennai's most established machine-tools show), so their organising muscle is proven. We hedge by targeting outreach to known auto Tier 1 procurement teams in Chennai, Hosur, and Sriperumbudur. They'll be there regardless of show buzz.
My booth team is small. Can we still capture leads properly?
Yes. The lead-capture infrastructure (QR codes + landing page + iPad form) we set up works with any team size. Even 1-2 people on the booth can collect structured data from 50-80 visitors per day if the system is in place.
Do you have an in-house production crew?
We have an integrated delivery team that includes production specialists alongside our pipeline crew. They run on the same campaign brief, work from the same shoot day, and deliver under a single Flint Leads SLA. Single point of accountability for you: you contract with us, we coordinate the rest.
Can I buy just the visuals or just the outreach piece?
The bundle is the offering. The value comes from running pre-show outreach, on-show capture, and post-show nurture as one integrated campaign. Buying just one layer fragments the result. If you only need standalone visual production, we'll happily point you to a studio without our pipeline wrapper.
I've seen similar visual production packages from other studios at lower prices. Why is Flint Leads more expensive?
Standalone visual production is one layer of a show campaign. Our pricing covers visuals + 4–6 weeks of pre-show buyer outreach + lead capture infrastructure + 4-week post-show nurture + measurable debrief. Visuals alone make your booth look good. The full campaign makes your booth produce RFQs.
